Liked: I really enjoyed every moment of my stay! The hotel owner Mr. Paul Gabriel, upon my written request, designated a warm and a most quiet room for me before my arrival, and the entire reception team was very forthcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was always delightful, with quite a variety of choices. Their hearty oatmeal and great coffee made me feel like home. The microwave, the stove, a full set of kitchenware, and a full-size refrigerator made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located within a few miles from Hofstra University, so if you are visiting someone at Hofstra, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Stay but some Issues

Liked: I got upgraded to a two bedroom suite which I really appreciated because I had my 9 month old with me. The rooms were spacious and everything was really clean. I really enjoyed the grounds and how clean everything was.
Disliked: The stay was great and you couldn't beat the price or location. However, some of the things in the room were broken down, like the dishwasher. Every time I opened it, I was scared it was going to fall out. Upon leaving, I got charged a one time pet fee when I didn't have a pet. When I called, I was told "well maintenance/cleaning heard a pet so therefore we are charging." Hopefully, this will be removed because I'm really upset about it. A couple of staff members were also not kind to my husband and I in the morning upon check out. Breakfast was OK at times, the bowl of fruit looked like they didn't change it for days.

Bad stay never recommending anyone...

Liked: It was nice location staff was super un helpful I was there for three days and no one cleaned our room even after saying and asking for 3 consistant days bad experience overall I want my money back.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, except eggs could have been served separate from cheese, for those of us who are not crazy about cheese.
Disliked: Door to bathroom needed.
