Would not stay again, paid...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and we could get a good night sleep but we were also exhausted so that contributed. The staff was very nice and were helpful (as much as they could be).
Disliked: The bathroom was very unclean. When we first arrived the toilet seat had some mystery stains underneath, the floor of the bathroom had little hairs all over the floor (seemed to be beard hair?). The bathtub had hair stuck on the wall and there was a long curly black hair stuck to the shampoo bottle. There were small tiny hairs found on one of the pillow cases as well. The rest of the room felt grimy and furniture looked old and stained. We asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom and when we came back the same hairs were still found in the bathtub.

Liked: Glad we had the top floor, the king room was very roomy and spacious. Grateful for the location and proximity of the nearby malls and restaurants too.
Disliked: NA. Accomoations were just right.

Liked: The staff was average in terms of attitude. I wouldn’t say they were terrible, but I wouldn’t say they were exceptional. I think if they’re excited to do their jobs well it will come through and their attitudes toward the customers.
Disliked: I like the room they were spacious and they provided good comfortability for my wife and myself and my daughter. We stayed for two weeks so it was a good stay. The cleaning staff did a good job and they were polite and respectful.
