Liked: what most offer.
Disliked: We were placed in a handicap room and everything was out of place. Bed was on floor. TV's off set from couch in one room and off set from bed. Bathroom did not have the standard shower only a handheld wand as the standard shower head was missing and capped. Hot water faucet in sink extremel loose and the entire unit moved. All the hand bars on the bathroom were detaching from the wall.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near Tufts University, which was our main need. We stayed at this hotel four years ago when moving our student in, and again recently for graduation. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was also very good for our needs.
Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Facilities are starting to show their age, particularly in the rooms. The elevators are a bit scary and noisy. The sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable.

Liked: Breakfast are nice mix and generous. Indoor parking is a big plus. I will be a repeat customer whenever we stop by Boston or Cambridge.
