I would call first and...

Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: The facility advertises a fully equipped gym and pool. The treadmill was broken. The peloton bike was not working properly, and there were no weights to be used. The pool was also not working or available. If you’re going to advertise these amenities, they should be available. I booked this specific hotel based on the amenities so that was very disappointing
