Disliked: The facility advertises a fully equipped gym and pool. The treadmill was broken. The peloton bike was not working properly, and there were no weights to be used. The pool was also not working or available. If you’re going to advertise these amenities, they should be available. I booked this specific hotel based on the amenities so that was very disappointing

Liked: We wee were blown away by the excellent customer service, the staff really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing but wonderful.
Disliked: It’s not that we didn’t like it but the chlorine was very strong in the pool area. We still very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub though.
