Great rooms, very good breakfast

Liked: The suite was very spacious, clean, and with all the necessary amenities, including some dishes and a spacious fridge. I enjoyed the breakfast, with several healthy options like oatmeal (unsweetened), fresh fruit, or steamed scrambled eggs to choose from. I appreciate the fact that if you leave the luggage at the front desk, it's tagged, and not just left there with no verification of who it belongs to (as is sometimes the case in hotels). The hotel is right next to a street, but it's not too busy in the summer and therefore the room is quiet.
Disliked: The front desk staff was helpful and polite, but not exactly friendly, so that could be improved. Otherwise, no complaints! The AC may be loud for some people, but it's quite efficient, so you can turn it off for the night. The hotel isn't close to the city centre, but you can take a tram from a station nearby, so that's convenient.

Disliked: The location was far away from the center. The breakfast was terrible. We came at 8:15 and everything was cold, there were nearly nothing left, even the omelet was not possible to eat.

Disliked: We had a difficult time getting into our room because the door was stuck in the jam in the door would not self close because of this eventually was fixed. The shower had a cracked floor. I just personally think that those things should’ve been resolved before we got into our room.
