Liked: The Homework suites was closed so we were sent to hotel across the road. We were not given an equivalent suite and room was disappointing. Staff not really helpful.

Disliked: We booked this accommodation and neither the hotel orbooking.comgave us the courtesy of letting us know the hotel was shut for renovations. This caused us significant stress. The security guard outside suggested we try the Marriott Bonvey down the road. They had our reservation but they did not have 2 queens plus the kitchen that we had booked at Homewood suits. We had to forgo a kitchen so we had the 2 queen beds. Not being given any notification of this change and still paying a significant amount and not having the room we wanted is very disappointing and terrible treatment of customer
