From the time I checked in until I checked out, everyone was kind, considerate and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room and lobby was very clean. Made me really grateful I paid a bit more for a room!

Excellent, will recommend and already...
Liked: The room was spacious, clean, quiet. Having a kitchen meant real coffee cups and freezer for ice.The staff was very friendly and polite and efficient.
Disliked: I was glad to have shampoo in the shower, but would have appreciated conditioner as well.

Liked: We didn't even wake up early enough to eat breakfast and the location of the room was in a central location to everywhere were we visited.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that our room door was broken, it wouldn't lock all you had to do was push the door open and it opened. Then the bad part was, the hotel was completely sold out. Had maintenance not been on the premises and came and fixed the door "where would me and my husband gone" "how would we have been accomodated" our safety is our top priority. I think they should pay more attention to details like this. Like we didn't even use the room key, just push the door and it opened right on up for you. Not safe at ALL

I have issues with management...
Liked: Room was great
Disliked: Had to leave a day early, contacted Booking.com, next went to front desk to inform them, worker put notes in the computer, when checking out she verified the notes in the computer. Received the statement via email and they waited to check us out until we were originally leaving. Called the hotel several times to speak to the manager, left voicemail and she is always in a meeting and will not return your call. Spoke to someone named Brandon, told him the front desk documented the situation and guess what he claims nothing was documented. If you have a situation where you have to leave, make sure to get a receipt with the correct departure date, don’t trust them to do the right thing!!!
