Liked: the location was brilliant for our stay in Bakersfield.
Disliked: The constant smell of cannabis on our floor was insane from neighboring rooms. We had a few neighbors who left their doors open and their music cranked up.

Liked: Clean and comfortable suits, the hotel is quiet and not crowded, friendly stuff, plenty of parking, quick drive to a major park and shopping center.

Liked: The room was clean, the sofa pull out bed was comfortable for the kids. The kitchen was convenient to have. Most of the staff was friendly.
Disliked: We were disappointed on the times for the weekend breakfast , it would have been nice to have them available at 5am vs 7am since we had to leave both Saturday and Sunday at 5:45 to arrive where we had to be. Unfortunately the pool was also very cold, this was disappointing to our kids.

Great bargain with good breakfast

Liked: This was a good stay on our way to the desert. It was priced right and the room was big. We did not use the small kitchen in our room but it was clean and well stocked. I have to say the breakfast was really good for an "American hotel free breakfast". Real eggs, decent sausage, real potatoes - none of that frozen stuff - plus a fruit salad made on site! Great value. Near CSU.
Disliked: Not a lot around there but the hotel cannot help that!
