The room was great. Staff was beyond pleasant and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here, and would love to visit again!

Disliked: I was given a room under construction, it was midnight and had to wait in line again to get a new room. There was somebody else in line doing the same thing. Also the woman at the front desk was asleep.

Liked: I liked the front desk staff. Shanilla checked me in and was very helpful an Felicia assisted my friend with her room plus she checked us both out an she was so kind, attitude on point, That's the type of person that belongs at the front desk when dealing with people..She has such inviting energy. My room was nice, different than what I heard, I guess that was before renovations, My bed was comfortable and I slept well. I'll definitely be back to visit...Great Job
Disliked: I thought I'd get to enjoy the pool area for at least 30 minutes but there were sooooo many loud kids in the pool that I really couldn't relax an enjoy myself.
