Liked: Lobby size was nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not come to room once. We had to call for towels daily and take out trash (stayed 4 nights). 1 Room was changed to a king sized bed from two queen beds. Breakfast was cold and coffee was never filled. Parking lot not clear after snow.

Fabulous hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and well appointed, not crowded- feeling in the breakfast area or lobby. Everything was well thought out here.Front desk staff when checking in was SUPER friendly. She was awesome. Breakfast was really good, except that they ran out of pancake batter more than 45 minutes before breakfast was over and did not refill. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels. Good breakfast!
Disliked: The beds were pretty hard, which I don't like. Also, the sink/vanity area of the bathroom was right in the bedroom. This is a problem when there are multiple people sleeping and one person gets up and starts to get ready. The light at the sink lights up the bedroom, so when there's more than one person sleeping in a 2 bed suite (go figure), everyone wakes up. Not ideal when traveling with children (or ANYONE who doesn't want to be forced to wake up before they're ready). Sink outside the toilet/shower area is good, just not IN the bedroom.
