Liked: This was our second time staying at homewood suites and it was great again. Stay was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and organized and getting breakfast from the hotel was awesome.

Liked: Booked a two beds room but instead got a one king sized bed. I was with my son so it wasn't huge issue and tbh I liked a view from a window at the park so I decided to not complain, but it was a bummer that it wasn't as expected. Room had kitchen in it that we never needed since we were visiting for Disneyland. Pretty basic simple room, clean. No complimentary water or anything was provided.
Disliked: Shower gel was either empty or broken so we were not able to use it. Was late and tired just used hand soap bar, next day before Disneyland asked to replace it at reception. We came home tired around 12 am after park and guess what? gel is still in exactly same condition. Complained again and after breakfast I found a bottle of new gel in my bedroom, they didn't even bother to install it in the shower. They don't clean rooms everyday "for your convenience".

Liked: The location of the hotel, its close to disnyeland and lots of eatingoptions. The size of our room and the fact there was a separate lounge and fully stoked kitchen area and a full sized fridge with a freezer.
Disliked: The breakfast provided by the hotel was pretty basic and the only non processed food available was an apple or banana, however, many people seemed to be enjoying it and it was an additional bonus considering the price for our room. We walked to walmart just down the road and bought some fresh fruit. The kitchen didn't have a cork screw so we couldn't open our bottle of wine, not a major as most wine bottles have screw cap.
