Liked: It felt safe and friendly environment.
Disliked: Parking, it was just me and my three kids so parking closer to the door was kind of hard. Although the officer sitting in the parking lot made it a lot safer.

Liked: Our room was more than we expected with a kitchen and living area, separate from the bedroom. Very quiet. The first hotel I have stayed at where I did Not have to wear noise cancelling earbuds. We will be sure to stay here next time we are in Albuquerque.
Disliked: The only thing is the room needed a little more maintenance, small things like a drawer that would not stay closed, and the remotes for the T.V. not working correctly.

Liked: Rooms are very nice, and location has many nearby attractions.
Disliked: Price was a little high for a solo traveler.

Liked: Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, though selection was average. Great location, close to tons of shopping areas.Our Queen suite was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette, well stocked with large fridge and clean new dishwasher. However, dining chairs very worn and flat and low. Carpeting and bathroom also very dated, needs upgrading. Toilet door too close to toilet for comfort....felt cramped. Overall the suite was good.
Disliked: Dated furniture and bathroom.. Air-conditioning was extra noisy, we needed to turn it off during the night.
