Bed horrible. Mattress and system...

Liked: Location, staff, clean.
Disliked: The bed was miserably uncomfortable. It absolutely needs to be replaced. I thought it just might be our room, but it was the same for our party who were present in other rooms for event. Would have been a great stay otherwise.

Liked: Breakfast was decent
Disliked: Housekeeping walked into the room didn’t knock or anything and when confronted they blamed us they gave a very poor sorry for it and when we were leaving they were talking bad about us at the front desk

Needed comfort but didn’t get...

Liked: Near and convenient for hospital access.
Disliked: Had lower level room. Unable to sleep, folks above us could be heard stomping around all hours of the night.. it was very loud and annoying. Also sadden there was no jacuzzi..
