Liked: The hotel was accommodating to us during the NCAA Sweet 16. The breakfast was outstanding. Definitely would stay again at this hotel or another Homewood Suites based on our experience in Albany. We had four rooms, and no one had any complaints.
Disliked: Our only complaint was they couldn't control the sound on the TV in the common area.

Liked: The staff truly elevated the breakfast experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served at just the right temperature.
Disliked: While the location was convenient and the staff were friendly, the overall experience was marred by uncomfortable sleeping conditions and an unpleasant odor permeating (Cigarette) the room.
