Homewood Suites By Hilton Akron/Fairlawn

We were having trouble finding a reasonably priced hotel to attend a concert with our daughters. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful, she went that extra mile to help us. The room was clean and huge. The breakfast was awesome!

Liked: The lady that helped locating a hotel for us was extremely nice!
Disliked: The hot tub was broken.

Bad business practices

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: The tv didn’t work and then the power went out on day one. This meant that there was no electricity, no breakfast, no hot showers…the food I bought and placed in the refrigerator went bad…had to get dressed in the dark. Then instead of Homewood suites reaching out to remedy the issue, I had to reach out to them, and was told they would only refund half of my stay. I’m not a picky person, but this is incredibly bad business practice.
