We were having trouble finding a reasonably priced hotel to attend a concert with our daughters. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful, she went that extra mile to help us. The room was clean and huge. The breakfast was awesome!

Liked: The lady that helped locating a hotel for us was extremely nice!
Disliked: The hot tub was broken.

Liked: Loved the apartment feel of this place, we would definitely stay again. Good breakfast!
Disliked: Now shower soap in the dispenser, fortunately we had soap, and were just there for the night

Liked: The rooms were spacious and well set up. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The staff were away from the desk when we came to check in and we had to wait 10 mins before anyone showed up. They didn't have a sign up about needing to step away. That would've been helpful, so we weren't left thinking we were being ignored. The floor had crumbs around the trash cans in our room and the bathroom floor had hairs on them. It was pretty obvious they hadn't been cleaned from previous renters.

Disliked: Breakfast was awful. Was woke up at 8:30am and told we had to leave the room so they could clean the carpets. Tv signal was terrible and unwatchable.
