Disliked: At check in, the reception staff was polite but not very helpful. I received no information about the pool or breakfast, etc. I had to ask for directions to the elevator. I also had to question the charges on my credit card as I was not informed upfront of the amount of the deposit. The room walls were very dirty and a used towel from a previous guest was left on the shower curtain rod. The bottle of body wash in the shower was not working so there was no soap in the shower. The bed was not comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the bedroom window, we could hear all the vehicles driving in the parking lot. Breakfast had a good variety but the food did not taste fresh.
