Bed was very comfortable. Great...

Liked: The breakfast was okay for a buffet and had fresh fruit and other alternatives for those who did not want a heavy meal. Gwen the evening clerk was very helpful.
Disliked: The noise of doors slamming in the hall in the early morning

Liked: I love the customer service. There was an accident with my room but it was immediately corrected the young lady at the front desk very nice. Everything was nice and clean we had a double bedroom and my sister and her fiance enjoyed yourself as well as I and my husband. I see that the hotel has made some improvements from the last time I was here approximately 3 years ago. The first day wasn't bad but the customer service was much much better. Don't get me wrong the customer service wasn't bad the first time but this time everyone was extremely polite.
