Liked: It’s quirky. The grounds were very nicely landscaped. Views were fabulous. Great spa and outdoor pool was surprisingly warm.Free pic n mix and coffee station. Liked the bear theme
Disliked: The music playing in the public areas was too loud for my liking and too modern. Music at breakfast was nice.

Gorgeous, pampering and clean with...

Liked: The hotel is located in a beautiful estate. It has spacious gardens where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility. Our unit was well-sized and included two rooms which enabled us to stay together as a family while it didn’t feel crowded. The rooms were very clean, the beds are very comfortable. There were complementary tea, coffee and even yummy brownies! The heated pool is lovely as is the jacuzzi and they are open 12 hours which gives you lots of flexibility in terms of when you want to use them. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice. We also booked dinner at the Olio restaurant which was delicious. The dining conservatory is gorgeous, overlooking the estate and surrounded by beautiful plants. We also did lovely walks, departing from the hotel by foot - highly recommended! (there’s a helpful booklet in the room with a map and suggested local walks).
