Disliked: Staff was rude. Friend had another room & desk guy tried to break into their room on first night claiming he thought it was vacant & laughed it off when they called to report it. Rooms were dirty. My room was missing bedding covers. The whole place was tired, dirty & not well-maintained. The luggage transport even was dirty, stained & dingy. In a good neighborhood but felt like I was in the ghetto somewhere and about to be attacked. Was constantly worried about car or room broken into because entire place is worn down, dirty and not cared for and that resonated through entire stay & general aura around the place.

Disliked: The air conditioner was not the best and it was hot during the night.
