Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Everything! Staff was extremely rude and retaliatory for something THEY messed up with. Did absolutely nothing to make me feel better about the stay or make up for THEIR mess up. And had the audacity to call me past checkout time to see if I wanted to stay, then tried too rush me out. Although I did not want to spend another night there and WILL not, even if my life depends on it. The least they could’ve done was offered an extra night to make up for their mistakes and disrespect. I have used this “hotel” for years, seen the same faces of who runs it. This is the first time I have ever been treated this way. Place has gone down hill and so has their hygiene (not a surprise if you see who runs the place). The big fat F on BBB is completely justified and wish there was a lower grade. DO NOT waste your time, money, or sanity here. Just spend the extra money for a reputable hotel.

Liked: NOTHING. I had to sign 3 pages of documentation. When I commented on the fact that I have never had to sign so much paperwork at any other hotel, I was told that it was a new law in the State of Delaware. The hotel we switched to did not have any such paperwork. Perhaps the Red Roof Inn in New Castle has been singled out as needing this documentation.
Disliked: It was clear from the registration process (signing 3 pages of information) that the clientele at this hotel was questionable, to say the least. There was a person being picked up by ambulance, and I overheard the medical person tell him/her "You need to stop using drugs." There was a sign outside saying that "The hotel is a police friendly establishment" and to "report all suspicious activity." The furniture and room were very beat up (like many dents in the fridge). We felt so unsafe (mostly that our car might be broken into) that we checked out within the hour.
