Need a good place to...

Liked: The location was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Horrible Breakfast, no bread when we came down, hardly any eggs, sign stated ask front desk for more if needed as they didn't want waste.Room was very dated bed was uncomfortable. Desk clerk would not let me check in with my government ID that had both mine and my husband's name on it.Charges a $3.75 fee that was not stated in the booking rental.Mirror in room was off the wall and leaning against the wall, like it had been torn down.Mall was very small and was mostly closed by 6, even though Google maps had it closing at 7, plus zero food court!All rooms had a keyboard except out room which had an actual key, looks as if our door was removed and the keylock was never replaced. So we had to carry this extra key and keyboard to get in the building. Receptionist just gave us a keyboard for the room, she forgot.Most lights worked in the room, just kidding, more than half of the lights in the room didn't work.

Ok for price, don't expect...

Liked: Bed was comfy, roomy, bathroom very nice set up cute. Nice tables beside bed and for work area. Good for price.
Disliked: Air conditioner was loud and did not cool the bathroom at all. Also need instructions for the air conditioner because in the middle of the night it was 76 degrees and hot and had to reset the control. found an empty 2-liter bottle of sprite under the air conditioner. There was an extension cord pinched under the baseboard for the side table beside the bed, with one plug for that side. found the alarm clock on the floor behind the table, need better set up. breakfast was not very much variety, sausage was soo greasy, egg rounds were cold, coffee was terrible out of the machine. The area was dirty on the floor and the chairs needed cleaned, they had dirt build up on the backs and needed cleaned or reupholstered

Pleasant stay at a reasonable...

Liked: The breakfast was somewhat limited and basic, but decent considering the room price. It served the purpose of us not needing to run out to find breakfast. We booked multiple rooms and our group of around 20 were able to gather in the lobby area in the evening which was nice. Alicia at the front desk was helpful.
