UNCOMFORTABLE and Perceived UNSAFE

Liked: I booked 8/18/24. I arrived at the facility and was told that the chosen room wasn’t available. I wanted a queen bed, not a thin twin cot. Horribly dissatisfied!

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Liked: Was not at all as advertised. Would not give me my reward points. TV did not work and bathtub had horrible stain.

Disliked: notified on the day of check-in that a pipe had burst resulting in a major league, and my reservation could not be honored. I ended up having to stay at a different property further away from my destination. I know it was unavoidable, but it made me have to scramble to seek alternate accommodations while I was traveling.

Liked: Not really anything.
Disliked: The bathroom floor wasn't clean. The refrigerator was not even plugged in when we got there, we had to pull it out and plug it in ourselves and it was a full size refrigerator. We had to wait for someone to come fix our TV, because it wasn't working. Our phone in our room didn't work, so to call the front desk I had to use my own phone.
