Our stay was disgusting

Liked: Nothing. Waste of money
Disliked: They didn’t clean our room. There were partiers all night. The elevator and halls smelled of marijuana.

Liked: Absolutely nothing ! The room was filthy. Upon our initial entry into the room the smell was horrible! The refrigerator was also in poor condition with food still remaining. My wife and I chose not to even stay in the room.
Disliked: The woman manager must rude and most unhelpful. We requested a refund and were told that she would not issue or even try to issue a refund. We met another couple who also refused to stay at the hotel. Fortunately for them they had not paid yet and went somewhere else.

Disliked: TV didnt work. Noisy. No coffee as advertised Staff said they would help with TV but didnt show up

I WOULD NOT STAY THERE...

Liked: The clerk was honest with us . OTHER THAN THAT NOTHING AT ALL .
Disliked: We reserved a non smoking room with 2 queen beds , the first thing the clerk told us was there were no non smoking rooms with 2 queen beds , so we went to look at the room and it smelled bad with smoke , micro wave did not work had one sitting on the counter , room was nasty , the elevator worked some of the time , we went to look at a non smoking room on the 2 nd floor it was worse , the whole floor smelled of MARIJUANA we got back to the elevator and got on the elevator and there was a homeless looking man on the elevator smelled of MAIJUANA and he tried to cover up with air freshener . The motel was horrible ,looked nothing like the pictures on the web site to me would be FALSE ADVERTISEMENT because if i had seen pictures on the web site of how bad the motel really was i would have not considered booking a room at all . Liked: There was no one on the front desk except a guy asking if he can borrow my cell to call someone will he was touching himself. Loud music in the parking lot I was not able to det a room because I arrived late and still got charged for the room

Disliked: No working TV. No wake up call.

Bad, bad, and bad.

Liked: The room was somewhat clean.
Disliked: Bathroom had sink that did not drain, toilet ran non stop and HVAC was loud, rattled and dirty as were walls in kitchen area. Surprised the bank has not stepped up and insisted things be fixed. Last stay ever at a red roof
