Liked: Had a fridge and a small cooking stove and MicrowaveHad smoking room options Very nice lady at desk
Disliked: The bed was hard. The pillows were terrible. The towel in the bathroom had stains on it. The fridge looked ruff. Only provided shampoo and a small body soap bar.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the floor hasn’t been mopped and cleaned. There’s a doggy day care or something next door. Dogs barking through out the night. Yelling in the hallways. No sleep at all. The assistant manager said one thing and was not truthful about price. I accidentally left a jacket there and it wasn’t returned or I wasn’t notified. Not a good place!!

Disliked: No, Water for 8 hours, no hot water for 24 hours and had to take a bath with too cold water.No compensation for all this, rude team and unprofessional.

Awful, rude, not accomodating AT...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Staffed cancelled my booking without informing me. I discovered this at check-in leaving me with no other options. I’d booked at least a week in advance and travelled from hours away! The area was busy that weekend and vacancies were very hard to come by. The staff didn’t seem to care they’d let the high and dry with no where to go. What’s the point in making a reservation??? Extremely disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND!
