Liked: Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Highly recommend for a pleasant and relaxing stay

Security guard and David were...

Disliked: David had extremely poor guest service. Asked for 2 towels at 10:55 pm. David had his backpack on and didn’t answer the front door, so security opened it. Spoke with the security guard about how 10:56/57pm was 11pm and that since david clocked in 5 mins early he’s apparently eligible to leave 5 mins early. I work and travel quite a bit and couldn’t believe this was told to me. The conversation lasted between 5-10 minutes, I’m sure the cameras will help out with the validity of the timestamp. David showed extremely poor guest service and it was quite obvious he is working at your establishment for a paycheck and nothing more. Extremely disappointed. Also if he wanted to leave by 11 grabbing the 2 towels which took him 30 seconds the night before when I asked, wouldve had him eligible to leave at 11pm.

Disliked: Seemed more like a transition room from homelessness than a hotel.

Disliked: The property manager was replying back to me but as soon as I had an issue she stopped replying and was hard to get ahold of. Booking.com also tried getting in contact and they wouldn’t answer. Would never come back
