Disliked: Made reservations to come after 8 pm..got there and a sign said office closed call front desk using courtesy phone. Of course courtesy phone got no one , called main customer service number and got transferred to the front desk attendant, who said you should have known to call my cell phone

Liked: the price
Disliked: This place is not clean and i don't know if every room has roaches, but I stayed in room 105 and it was roach infested. Also the room next to me, I think they are selling drugs out of, people are in and out all times of the night. This could be a nice hotel, but there needs to be a major removal of the people who are there and also there needs to be major extermination and renovations done. Also I would like to request a refund....this is place is not fit for anyone to stay, needs major renovations, ASAP.

Disliked: Room was full of roaches and the table was dirty i booked for 2 nights and didn't stay there at all would like a refund.

Spacious and clean

Liked: Very roomy and clean.
Disliked: 2nd level. And currently the elevator doesn't work hard to get around with my cane and bad leg.

Liked: Stove was broken... Saw some roaches crawling... Toilet was not bolted to floor... blood on bathroom walls......staff was nice..

Booking.com let me down

Liked: When I arrived at the property, I was informed that they had had a flood. They stated booking.com had been informed and should have let me know that was reservation was canceled. I was left with no reservation at 6pm on a Friday night.
