Liked: Front desk staff was very nice and polite she felt our pain and was able to talk and laugh as well as pointing us in the direction of things to do in Orlando for my 50th birthday trip I checked in Friday night January 26th I forgot the front desk staff name but she did and excellent job that night
Disliked: Everything was great no complaints great job staff I didn't have to worry about anything so I felt safe so once again no complaints

Nightmare.

Liked: Room was NASTY. Roaches in the fridge, the bathroom, the walls.
Disliked: The Roaches and the smell of mold. Place needs to be shut down, like yesterday.

Terrible, dangerous, and the worst...

Liked: Nothing. This listing should not be even a place on booking.com listing. This is embarrassing for booking.com & should be closely looked at for further guests.
Disliked: So we arrive to the hotel, and it just looks very sketchy. For one, the hotel security guard, was wearing a bulletproof vest. If this is not a sign that you shouldn’t stay here I don’t know what is.Afterwards, we wait in the lobby, while we fear getting robbed, or shot. So we then get our key to our sketchy room and the key is not working we then come back down and on our way back down we see two people that are living in a van. We go ask nicely about our key not working, and the security guard gives us another key. Would you believe that this key does not work at all either. Story is not over yet it gets better. We finally get into our room with the help of the security guard. He busted down the door and the room feels like a desert. it is 100° in the room. There are no sheets on the pillowcases and the security guard says hey, can I plug in that TV for you?At this point, we are so frustrated and disgusted that we just leave in the middle of the night and we have to fend for ourselves and go get another decent livable room.Booking.com needs to investigate this place, it is ran by drug dealers.
