Disliked: Very nasty 🤢 and filthy place. This place still operates despite the roach infestation. The front desk lady charged my card without my consent. Before checking in I asked her to see the room first. My son and I walked upstairs because there's elevator's, but none works. We walked upstairs went into the room while looking around we spotted two roaches, so I told my son no we can't stay here we'll be leaving with roaches. I went back downstairs and I asked the front desk lady to look in the system and tell me how much I reserved the room for. Within seconds of her looking I got an alert that my card was charged I looked at my phone because at that point I knew she had charged the card WITHOUT my consent. So I asked her why did she charge my card when I only asked her how much the room reservation was, because really I was looking on my phone for other hotels to go to. I was very upset. I asked for a manager and he wasn't helpful at all. Also while there standing in the lobby there were this one guy with a handful of mail digging through everyone's mail looking for his this can't be legal, he can take whatever mail he likes without anyone knowing, then after going through one pile one of the other employees handed him another stack to go through....... To look for what he was looking for rather than hand him the mail according to his room number. Terrible place only looks good outside.

Liked: First there's no cleaning services. And if you want your bed linen cleaned you take it to front desk and have to wait for them to wash it which takes hours . As for maid service that's non existent. Truly not worth the money

Disliked: The room was dirty and damaged. I asked for a room on the first floor when I booked with booking.com and the concierge never got the message. If anyone is interested, I have photos of the room's condition. The concierge's name is Stacey. She was argumentative and rude.
