What a dump

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Staff unresponsive, room dirty with sticky table top and broken glass on the floor, wires hanging from TV, TV remote not working, no amenities in kitchen, rips in the sofa, curtains fell off the wall first day there and unresponsive staff, smoke detector not working and laying on top of the lamp,shower drain very slow so you’re standing in dirty water when showering, no trash can in bathroom.

I hereby request a refund

Liked: the people its kind, but place is dirty
Disliked: I hereby request a refund for the amount I paid, since due to the filth of the bathroom (the bathroom sink was clogged due to the amount of hair) and the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana, I could not stay there. Despite the hotel representatives being very kind, there was no other room I could change into, so the room was delivered the same night I arrived.

Liked: Staff were friendly and always willing to answer questions. Shout out to the staff member we woke up at 2AM to check us in because our flight got delayed. Rooms were surprisingly thick walled? Our next door neighbors were having a screaming match at around 1AM and the only thing we heard was a single ‘f you’. Kudos to the walls. Also another shout out to the Circle K across the street, saves us a couple of times.
Disliked: Bathroom didn’t have a door, didn’t realize this was not the norm until we saw other open rooms that were being cleaned. Should’ve brought that up earlier to staff but hardly my biggest worry at the time. Shower head a little funky and slow water flow but we twisted it around a bit and fixed that. Stove didn’t work, bed blankets had holes in them, floors were oddly sticky, that might just be because of old flooring. Lights would flicker and that was mildly annoying. Dusty, damp smell of the room that we could not air out despite our best efforts. Again, probably due to property age. RedRoof, not sure how you operate things per individual hotel but please support your staff better. Thanks.

Liked: That the parking lot was fenced.
Disliked: It was dirty as hell. I wouldn't take my socks off... We purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned the room. The door to our room had clearly been kicked in previously. The pictures are deceiving.

Bad

Disliked: The room was uninhabitable. No toilet paper, no towels, sorts all over the floor. Smoked in room and unsafe environment at the facility.
