Besides being dirty, the room was not made up. There were no blankets on the beds (the sheets on one bed had not even been changed since the last occupant). There were no towels, and no soap. An extremely disgusting place. We would have checked out, but it was a "non-refundable" reservation. Thank God it was only one night.

Liked: The staff tried to be helpful.
Disliked: A filthy hotel - hallways, elevator, and room.

First of all we had to wait 2 hours just for our room. Then we didn't even get the room we had paid for. There was no comforter on the bed. The room was dirty. People's things were left in the room. The toilet was broken.

Disliked: Staff was short and still hasn't gotten back to me. I think they blocked my number for my refund. The room was filthy. I took a video evidence. Everything was broken in the room, including the remote. The shower supposed to be white was black with black mold. No joke every drawer was broken. And there's some kind of beats nasty, sticky stains all over the floor

Disliked: Very dirty. Very smelly. All stairways were littered with trash and beer cans and the smell of urine. The rooms were dirty and very worn out. The door was busted on our first room and wouldn't lock. No options for additional towels. There's no blankets in the room, only sheets. Very musty smell from the busted and screaming Ac. TV volume is limited so you cant even use that to drown out the sound of gunshots and sirens. The beds are cheap and stained under the sheets (which were also dirty). Mold in the bathroom and kitchen area. This place needs to be priced at 50$ or less a night, or get some major repairs done. I won't come back. Even for a budget motel this place is wack.
