Disliked: Very filthy on the outside hallways smell like urine, have a plumbing problems. A fly infestation. Housekeeping does not come and clean even if you request. Toilet overflowed front desk came and put towels over the water didn’t clean or sanitize bathroom for two days

Liked: got there late because flight was delayed and staff was accommodating.
Disliked: couldn't get the door to open. Staff finally got it open and let us in the room. Said they were gonna bring key but they never did. Semi trucks were idling at nearby gas station. Train noise was nearby. Bathroom wasn't clean and shower curtain was full of mold on the bottom.

Disliked: No remote for the tv. It took me 15 minutes to get one. Then I found out there was no toilet paper in the bathroom took me another 15 minutes to get that. The room was dirty. People were drinking outside my room making a lot of noise when I was trying to sleep. The place was a slum

Liked: we arrived early, checked in but we couldn't go to our room yet, which it was ok. i expected. we left and came back after 3 pm. the room was not ready still, the lil girl behind the counter said that the room was ready, but it didn't have any linens.I said ok. can we have the keys so I can leave my belongings. I didn't want to drive around town with all of my stuff. she said yes. that was ok... we walked into the room. it was filthy. beds , floors, bathroom kitchenette, refrigerator. it was all dirty, i gave them a chance. we left our stuff thinking that they will come in soon to clean it. my husband left us at the families house (we had a family reunion that wknd) and he went back to the hotel. like an hour later. the room was not clean yet, he went and bought cleaning supplies and clean the room from showers, floors, kitchen, all... housekeeping showed up. telling him not to do it. but he was already doing it. The ladies didn't understand why they gave us a room that was not ready, they replaced all of the linen, no towels. because they didn't have any at the moment. when i finally went back to the room, since my husband had cleaned it. the room look decent. when my nephew showed up to check in they did have a room ready, but it didn't have AC . the lil girl in the office said that maintenance wont be in until 11 or in the morning, she wasn't sure. my nephew and his family couldn't stay in the room because his wife has asthma and the heat will only make it worse. so they left to another room for the night. the next day they came up checked in to another room, with no problems with that one, they are suppose to get a refund for the night that they did not use.
Disliked: We still have not received either refunds. I really don't know what to expect. I know I have see the reviews so I was not expecting a lot. but I was expecting at least a clean functioning room.
