Hometowne Studios Dallas - Mesquite

Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Arrival was easy, got to check room before accepting. Came in late both nights without disturbing other guests. We were able to hear people talking outside the door in the morning as they passed by. Check out was just as easy. It's easy to get to from I-30 and I 635.

Liked: Close to several restaurants.
Disliked: Hotel was recently modernized - why do they never put a quiet vent fan in the bathroom?

Not impressed at all

Liked: Ms glenda was the best very polite and very helpful
Disliked: The property had bedbugs,roaches,residents outside loud just ghetto property more like club action not restful and the night staff is also rude and ghetto not professional at all

Terrible left second night

Disliked: Roaches, dirty bed, nasty unclean floors, people fighting outside, power washing the ground loudly next our room early next day

Liked: The location was not bad close to where I was going the next day and the staff was great
Disliked: I didn’t get a key to my room cause the machine was down so we had to make several trips to the car cause somebody had to stay in the room to open the door, it had roaches all in the place the floor was dirty the shower was half clean and trash was outside the elevator and people standing all out talking loud

Disliked: That was the nastiest motel I've ever been to what a short and unpleasant stay.

Liked: Cold shower… next door neighbors smoking God knows what. Horrible overall experience. I guess you get what you pay for
