We didn’t stay it was...
Liked: We got our money back.
Disliked: It smelled terrible of mold. We didn’t end up staying in the property and requested a full refund which was granted immediately when we brought the mold situation up. The bed was broken. The kitchenette didn’t work. The room was very very small.

Liked: The room,the facilities and the location
Disliked: The fact that pets are not allowed even if is a companion or service dog with her vest on and her id, I have to pay for my service dog another hotel for dogs wich cost me almost 300 dollars that affected my budget really serious even the person that received my service dog in the hotel told me to make a complaint because my dog have all the documentation required by law and I can stay and take her with me anywhere and I'm gonna send this feedback to all my friends and family on all social media because all of them have pets and this is one hotel that they don't wanna to stay

SCARY AND DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE
Liked: just the location
Disliked: I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL AND THA STAFF.- the staff were very rude (I had contact with 3 at reception, only one was a little better). I don't understand how management doesn't have an employee who speaks Spanish or Portuguese (this is a tourist city with the largest number of people who speak Spanish or Portuguese) and what's worse, the employees don't make an effort to understand, because I speak a little English.- The room is old with worn walls and furniture.- THE WORST OF ALL WAS THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND THERE WAS A HUGE AMOUNT OF COCKROACHES (I FOUND MORE THAN 30 COCKROACHES) (PHOTO ATTACHED) NOTE: I WAS WITH A 7 YEAR OLD CHILD WHO IS AFRAID OF COCKROACHES, AND WHEN I SPEAKED WITH THE RECEPTION, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER ROOM AVAILABLE (THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD REFUND 25%, $143.98 OF THE AMOUNT PAID) THEY EVEN REFUNDED THEM AFTER A LOT OF DIFFICULTY, BUT THEY REFUNDED AN AMOUNT BELOW THAN WHAT THEY TOLD ME AND WROTE ME ON A TICKET (Ticket attached), THEY EXTORTED $$115.- THE SHOWER WATER WAS NOT HEATING (NOVEMBER THE WEATHER WAS COLD, AND WE HAD TO HEAT THE WATER TO GIVE THE CHILD A BATH.- FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO REDEEM THIS MONEY I HAD TO CONTACT BOOKING, HOWEVER THE CHANNELS SUCH AS CHAT DIDN'T WORK, SO I HAD TO CALL, AND BOOKING SOLVED PART OF THE PROBLEM, BECAUSE I RECEIVED THE REFUND IN BRAZILIAN FASHION AND I COULDN'T USE THIS VOUCHER IN ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION I HAD, IN ADDITION TO THE WORST, DUE TO THE LONG TIME FOR THE BOOKING TO RESOLVE PARTIALLY, THE CALL VALUE WAS MORE THAN $270, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BOOKING FOR MAINTAINING A PARTNERSHIP WITH THIS TYPE OF HOTEL AND ALSO FOR NOT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM, THEY ACTUALLY INCREASED MY LOSS.
