Room was horrible and dirty...

Liked: Floors were dirty like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks was told I would be getting a remodeled room looked as if it
Disliked: Floors were dirty like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks was told I would be getting a remodeled room looked as if it was still under remodeling Paint was clearly not done by a professional as well as tile work and I had to take quick 3 min showers to keep from having to stand in dirty water due to the tub not draining properly

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: Had numerous reservations, property guaranteed me that I’d be able to stay in the same room for my whole stay

Liked: Not breakfast ,location was good for work
Disliked: The room was not two beds promised for several days didn't accommodate son sleept on floor and handicap room also promised. Spoke to me with disrespect I'm in wheelchair and paralized ask for reasonable accommodations no follow thur.and last night we where in room and been here for almost month and booked same day before we went to bed and had him look at recipts and he kept acting like he was not paid the day before very disrespectful agoda called to make correction and now he wants us to leave tomorrow not to send reservation. And we are two days away from moving in new home.

Liked: That I wasn’t robbed or assaulted for the 2 days I was there.
Disliked: Let’s start with the lack of common sense with the manager. Myself and other guests waited 30-45 mins just to check in. The manager comes, and tells me I do not have a booking, even though I spoke to someone earlier and confirmed my booking. I called booking.com and never spoke to anyone for the 15 mins I called. After being on hold with booking.com, another hotel staff member confirmed my booking. Several guest were complaining of broken TV’s unkept rooms etc. our room was not clean, our door key did not work. There were no hotels with rooms for 0ct 4-6 without breaking bank. Knowing what I know now, I’ll never book in Montgomery again. Day 2 of our stay one of the windows were busted out down stairs. There were bullet holes on doors. Addicts roam the hall, food is constantly left outside. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: It had hot water. Looks like they were trying to renovate but not all the way complete.
Disliked: AC was sitting on wood blocks in the room it also leaked so bad half of the room would have water on the floor. Service line phone did not work. Happy of the AC outlets did not work. Neighborhood is not good. People up all night and even fought each other at early hours of the morning. Lastly. The bed had hair in the linens as well as dead bugs.
