The room was very clean which is a great thing. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay again.

Disliked: Check in and out was a little rough - I was told computer problems.

Liked: The room was larger than I expected (2 Room King Suite), and the staff was very professional and accommodating to my inquiries and needs. Mary at the main desk was especially friendly, and I enjoyed interacting with her. The Location was great with good restaurants, stores, and points of interest/activities nearby.
Disliked: During my stay, it rained on the last day, and something (maybe the outside rain gutter) was causing a rattling noise in the bedroom. I had a white noise generator with me, so that was able to mitigate the issue.

Liked: There was no breakfast!!!
Disliked: Poor lighting. No maid service. Room needs paint job. Bathroom light on delayed turnoff. High price for the value we received!!!

Liked: very clean & quiet. Close to my family activities.
Disliked: The room is very spartan. I could have used an extra bath mat on the floor.

Liked: The location accommodated my special request and communicated their decision timely. Check-in was seamless. I was greeted warmly and left with no doubts that I'd made a great decision on lodging at the last minute.
Disliked: This is a small thing, but a vending machine that takes digital payments would be nice. It is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Liked: Friendly staff good price and location! I had separate back to back bookings at this motel so my comments reflect both nights!
Disliked: Friendly staff not helpful with my problem that made my stay only so so and not as restful as I would have liked!! Experienced loud BOOM BOX like noises that were loud and not conducive to sleeping which was my purpose of reserving a room at this motel. I originally thought that someone in the parking lot was the cause of the noise but on the second found out it was due to the occupant in an adjoining room. The occupant was very cooperative when I knocked on his door and requested that he turn the music way down or off and eventually did get some rest. Ear plugs also helped on the first night when I couldn’t locate where the loud sounds were coming from.
