Bad
Liked: The first staff member I talked to was a guy he was nice. But after that the lady was very rude.
Disliked: Even tho I cleaned my room I still haven't received my deposit back. The deposit was a $100 that's a lot to just be keeping people's money. When I call no one answers the phone and I've emailed and still haven't received a response. So if you stay just know you will not receive your deposit back.

I was the only one...
Liked: I liked the care of the head housekeeper and desk attendants but unfortunately that wasn't enough to sway my rating of my stay .
Disliked: It took an hour to find an acceptable room to stay in but it still had problems!!! If cable tv is included my tv and tv remote should work but it didn't. There was a hole in the bathroom wall . The fridge didn't get cool and kept making noises on and off all night . Unfortunately i couldn't talk to anyone upon check out because the office is closed on a Sunday. This isn't chick-fil-a or an actual apartment complex you guys should've been open especially when guests you get bookings for check out on Sunday !

Disrespectful management
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I stayed 3 months do to a work contract. And the manager was extremely rude and I felt racist. It was below freezing for many days and they refused to fix my heater. I had to by a portable heater. And they still never fixed it 3wks, and I left that place.The manager John was so horrible.
