Liked: There was no breakfast serve and i didn't receive my deposit when i checked out i stayed fo 1 month and didn't receive housekeeping

Disliked: The staff is unorganized. They didn’t have my reservation to check in properly and on my 3rd night a staff member walked into my room as I was getting dressed. No knocking or anything and I have to prove I belonged in the room by providing my Booking.com confirmation number. Totally unprofessional
