Disliked: The room was leaking water the bathroom all over the floor and from the shower when you turned it on. So couldn't take a shower

Disliked: Everything they did construction across the hallway all night long I did not sleep at all!!! There was kids running around all the time thru the night. There was music blasting all night.

Liked: Because of many negative reviews, I was a little nervous when I chose to stay there. However, I found the room is relatively clean, and the bed is comfortable.
Disliked: The non-smoke room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was quiet at night, except for the intermittent noise from the refrigerator.

Disliked: Everything. Room 205 was unlivable. My children were terrified, we left within 12 hours and was refused a refund.

If you want clean room,...

Liked: The staff were really nice. They carefully listen to your concerns regarding your place.
Disliked: There were baby cockroach more than 10 on the floor. But the staff took the care of our complaint and gave us another room which was much better.
