Nice

Liked: STAFF so nice and really accommodating when checking in and asking for more towels etc. perfect customer service.
Disliked: Bath/shower was hot but the head was messed up. Towels were stained. Chairs had stains on them need some cleaning. Overall decent stay. Minor issues for us.

Wish We Had Stayed Somewhere...

Liked: I had a nice shower.
Disliked: Deadbolt was cracked where it was screwed into the door frame. Hairdryer didn't work. Shampoo packet sooo small I couldn't work up a lather with TWO packets!!! Only one washcloth...there were 2 of us staying!!! No refill TP..glad we didn't run out of TP.

The placed smelled like cigarettes.

Disliked: Towels dirty and stained. The entire building smelled like cigarettes.

Liked: The price n location are great and it quite while ur there plenty of rest available just wish jets were better in hot rob
Disliked: The jets for hot tub need to be fixed

Disliked: The jets for hot tub didn’t work and house keeping came in before 11 even after I answered n said yes we still in here it’s not even 11 yet hold on as they tried to open the door

It was okay something quick...

Liked: It was quiet not that many people going in and out
Disliked: Maids doesn’t let you sleep in unto its time to check out, check out is @ 11pm and they tried to get into our room at 8 something and they kept trying to until they realized it was a lash on it

Don't go there

Liked: The price for a spa room is good.
Disliked: My friend left something in the room and had someone tell her she shouldn't have left it thats totally unprofessional and they will never get anymore of my business.
