Beautiful locale if not under...

Liked: Beautiful but so much construction marred the overall experience. Signage was poor for entrance and parking.
Disliked: Construction

Excellent hotel to relax and...

Liked: I really liked my room, the milk house (coffee shop), and the pools.

Disliked: Shower door didn't workToilet paper holder was brokeNo water pressure in the shower.

Nice getaway expensive for not...

Liked: Loved the new hot tubs and soaking in them and playing under the waterfalls.
Disliked: We had a broken door on our shower it wouldn’t close and there was no water pressure which was difficult when we wanted to shower after being in the pools We would have preferred a king bed but I guess only queens were left

This is a great hotel...

Liked: It was laid out in a way that made it look like a neighborhood.
Disliked: We were there to scuba dive the crater. Getting our scuba gear to our room was not an easy task as the parking lot was 200 yards from our room.

Good

Liked: The pools were beautiful. I wish the fire pits would also be on as well.
Disliked: Everything was great. My only issue was with the room lighting. The bulb was missing from the bathroom. I made 2 request and it never got resolved. Our room was also never serviced despite us putting the sign on the door.
