Liked: The pools are just awesome, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Our kids were so so happy and we parents were super relaxed! The restaurant/grill food is great!
Disliked: - Our room wasn’t properly vacuumed and there was a bunch of crumbs, residues on the carpet, I ended up shaking it myself and cleaning it. - Under the bed was a little gross too, it was noticeable without really looking under. - There is a huge window that is not covered, and if you need to be in the dark to sleep or don’t want to get woken up at sunrise, better get a sleep mask. - At The milk house, you can get super good breaks fast items, but it is ridiculously overpriced.

Excellent location, great stay!

Liked: Location of Homestead is ideal and located right next the Crater. The coffee shop called the Milk House was a pleasant surprise and service was great! My coffee was excellent and the breakfast sandwiches are tasty. The pool area was probably the best part of the stay for the kids. Very clean and loved the small restaurant near the pool area for a late lunch.
Disliked: The beds were really soft and the air conditioning didn't work well in our room, it never got below 77 in our room. Couldn't sleep well at all.

Liked: We have been coming here for the past 8 years and what they have done to remodel this property is amazing and just stunning! The staff were so kind, helpful, and amazing!
Disliked: It was a perfect stay! There honestly wasn’t anything to complain about.

Liked: Beautiful but so much construction marred the overall experience. Signage was poor for entrance and parking.
