Liked: Great motel in a desired area of town. Owners were beyond kind. Just what we needed for a quick stay in Branson.

Liked: The lady who checked us in was extremely nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The room smelled old and was not worth the price charged. The pictures on the internet appeared better than the actual room. There were no vending machines for snacks or drinks.

Great Motel!!!!!!!

Liked: The motel is very nice. The owner was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. Once my booking was accepted, I received a text from the motel welcoming me, and it was the actual owner, not an automated text. Once we arrived and checked in, the owner even escorted us to our room. The room is very big. You can not go wrong by choosing this motel. I will be coming back here again. It is marked as one of my favorites.
Disliked: My only dislike was that we were only there for one night.

Liked: It was nice to seat outside the room but also still be able to keep an eye on my child. My son loved being able to feed the ducks and chickens. It felt like sitting at home on the porch. It was close to the attractions we were going to.
Disliked: The coffee wasn’t that good but I liked they had a full size coffee pot. Next time I will bring my own coffee.
