All in all this was a great two night stay for my friends and a great one night stay for myself. We were located around everything which was a plus. The hotel was clean as well as the bed linens. I will choose Extended Stay in the future. Oh, thanks Tiffany (front receptionist) for the leads on the local places to try. We enjoyed the experience as well as your down to earth personality. Thank you very much for making our stay feel like home away from home!

Liked: They were nice enough to put myself as well as the other two parties on the same floor. It was very convenient for all of us.
Disliked: I really didn't experience any negatives other than the remodeling going on, but I can appreciate the efforts in making the hotel a better facility.

Confy enought for one night

My expectations were higher for...

Liked: I liked that it allowed pets. I was traveling with my 2 cats
Disliked: This room had no bedside lamp, only one main overhead light that was bright white fluorescent. The bathroom had no hairdryer. There was dying smoke detector in the hall that chirped all night.

Bad

Disliked: I booked and selected checkin at 1-2 am. I get a message that they can't accommodate, but they will do their best. I booked the room and got on the road. I did not see the email. When I got in to checkin, no one was there.I do not know why they wouldve taken the reservation if they couldn't honor it.I asked for a refund and they wouldn't.

Liked: The new renovated rooms are nice, but other than that the place has roaches everywhere, dogs barking all the time, hobos sleeping in the stairwells, the stairs on the sides of the building is falling apart n they just re-did them, there’s abunch of super grimy ppl that stay there, n they dont even have coffee in the morning
Disliked: If you wanna be treated like crap by the Manager then by all means stay there. I always keep my room clean, n am pleasant until the Manager gives me attitude for using this to book the room. He is nonsensical and rude af. I feel bad for him really. Clearly he hates his job n life n takes it out on others. The GM, n a part-time front desk guy are always nice n accommodating, but unfortunately they’re hardly ever there.
