Homestay Hotel Heathrow

Very good

Not good value but GREAT...

Liked: Close proximity to the underground station.Very friendly and accommodating staff especially Alex and Rajan who helped carry our heavy bags up the steps . We were also offered the office fan as the night was too warm .
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect location for flying out...

Liked: Location was perfect for getting to Heathrow airport - station and shops within 3 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly, they stored our bags prior to checkin time and were quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We were only staying overnight to fly out the next day so this was perfect for us.

Nice venue close to Heathrow...

Liked: I was here for one night and was checking out early to catch a flight home. The venue laid on a breakfast for me before the official serving hours to allow me to eat and still make it to the airport on time.
Disliked: Lack of a lift in the building.

Perfect stay, stayed here because...

Liked: rooms were fit for purpose, Alex was a great help :)
Disliked: could have done with fresh coffee in the morning, but then there were plenty of places a few mins walk away.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The bedding hadn’t been changed and had what looked like blood on one and sick on the other, we requested fans due to heat which was rejected, was shoved on the top floor with heavy suitcases I am disabled and my parents are senior and no help was offered. We ended up leaving early cause I was bit on my legs and stomach, told the night porter while leave about how disgusting it was and he just said ok… minus 5 stars.
