Good

Liked: There was problem with the color of the water, but we found out the next morning it was all of West Memphis problem. It was the water plant or something. They lost water for the day, so that was why it was rusty color when I first turned it on.
Disliked: It was fine other than that. The bed was really comfortable.

Good and I’d stay again

Disliked: There was a water problem out with the property’s control. The management were very good about it.

Liked: Although in an area I initially was concerned about, the room was very clean and safe. I am familiar with West Memphis AR. I wasn't concerned about the area, the check in process was very safe and my room was in a well lighted area. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure for shower.

Disliked: Non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Noisy neighbor and the bed was terrible. Our last stay was exceptional. Pretty bummed about this stay.
