Liked: Love the spacious and very clean room! There’s so many shelves, great lighting, comfy beds, nice closet and extra nice kitchen area. Having the couch and sitting area makes it feel so homey. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff were so friendly and helpful. Love the location being so close to a restaurant (Johnny Lukes which is great and within walking distance) and the hotel is only about a mile from UNCW which is so convenient for visiting our daughter there.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Disliked: I did not like when I asked for house keeping I was told that house keeping is only done very other day when I just wanted my sheets to be changed.

Disliked: Don't like the little carts for luggage. We have an autistic boy and need to take a lot of stuff. The carts were so little we lost our load trying to transport it. We had to make 4 trips to keep from spilling it again. Larger carts work so much better.
