It was a good stay...

Liked: It was clean, rooms were spacious, location was great.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre, the mattresses or beds were horrible to sleep on, My back is killing me. The pool was so crowded

Liked: The pool .
Disliked: They was no complimentary tooth paste , hand soap,Blowdryer ,the sheets had stain , the bathroom was clogging up .

Avoid it if you can

Disliked: Terrible experience - the room was not clean at the check-in time - the bedsheets where dirty and have to ask for change them - mattress are old and uncomfortable and pillows you will get only 2 to try to be comfortable.On top of it the hotel refused (and still does) on provide me the corresponding invoice and it is a "ping-pong" between booking and the hotel on who has to give the invoice - The HOME 2 send an invoice with ZERO amount on it - a disgrace and totally lack of professionalism.
