Good property if the A/C...

Liked: Clean rooms, no noise, close to Downtown Yuma
Disliked: Air conditioning was not working, outside temperature was over 90 outside in the evening.Personnel reaction when being told about the situation was à “we’re so sorry”, nothing more.

Had a refreshing overnight stay...

Liked: This hotel was very comfortable and clean. We used the pool and it was excellent and cool! The breakfast bar was very nice with an ample supply of fresh fruit and drinks. The person that checked us in was very knowledgeable and guided us to a local movie theater.

Liked: The front desk was very pleasant and informative (Mark). Also, the young lady working in the kitchen for breakfast. Her name was hard to pronounce, but she was very helpful.

Very Disappointed

Liked: 1 staff member greeted me at breakfast saying "Good Morning"
Disliked: Training and education are needed for all departments. Customer Service-Starts when the reservation is made. I contacted the property after selecting the wrong booking date. After filling the change with Booking.com, the property never responded and said they couldn't help me. They told me to cancel my original booking and make another. when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind a wall having a personal conversation until he noticed I was waiting. No polite greeting or thank you for waiting. The property is new but housekeeping and maintenance have not been trained. Ripped wallpaper, bathroom floor needed to be cleaned (Someone's nail was on the floor) Dishwasher had a rag smear across the front, shower turn on/off plate not attached correctly to the wall.
