Would not stay there again...
Liked: Staff were very friendly & helpful
Disliked: While swimming in the pool, I found over 15 - 20 hairs. And when trying to use the shower in the pool area, I found the knob to turn the water on had been removed. Shower & refrigerator were not the cleanest.

Very happy with the stay...
Liked: Anna at the front desk around 3:30pm on Sunday Sept 1st was most welcoming, friendly, and very helpful when we asked for nearby places to hike. She made us both feel very welcome.
Disliked: Everything was satisfactory. Bathroom was nice and clean. It did look like the room needed a quick run through with a vacuum. Just a couple of small pieces of stuff on the floor-clean otherwise. Additional pillows would have been nice.

Liked: Breakfast options will satisfy everyone...very clean top to bottom. Full-size fridge is very convenient. Room is big enough that it DOES feel like a second home...or at least a nice one bedroom apartment!
Disliked: A second bank of quicker elevators would be nice, but I'm reaching for straws here...

Truly Amazing but a little...
Liked: I loved how kind and courteous the staff was. They seemed to genuinely enjoy your choice to book there and wanted to make it as nice as possible. The room was spectacular!! So clean and so many added amenities!!!
Disliked: The woman at check in, Anita, was a doll! So friendly and very sweet!! But i was having a little trouble understanding what she ment with the check in process. I was repeatedly told my card would not be charged until check out. While we were trying to check in, they said my card was declined. Which made no sense. So they took my hubbys card info, again repeatedly saying nothing will be charged it was just to hold on file. They ended up charging his card for the room plus $100 more than the actual cost! When we went back down to ask what happened. She said its just pending to hold the room. I told her that the room is in my name and the card on file when booked is the one that needs to be charged, not his! Anita reassured me she would take his card off the file immediately, and make my card primary again and refund the money that was on hold with my hubbys card and it will be all back in the morning no worries. By 11:00 a.m we had to call his bank because they had not done it and the hotel also charged me $272 on top of the $439 they charged my husband, for a room that cost $379, the bank said they will take care of it. In the end, it all got worked out but was an inconvenience to start.
