Poor greeting upon check in

Liked: The room and decor was nice
Disliked: Front desk attendee was on a call when we arrived. He remained on the call for 10 minutes while we stood in front of him, waiting to check in. He never acknowledged us or indicate that he would be with us. We were disappointed and put off by his lack of hospitality.
