Liked: The staff is unprofessional giving wrong information and also blaming the guest for lying what they gave is not true they said it is not true what I talked about on the phone because I asked for a postponement and asked for an additional payment the staff said it would cost me an additional $100 and to leave before 5pm but at around 3pm 7 minutes the manager came and knocked on my door telling me to leave because we paid until 3pm and the hotel charged me $90 which is not true at all the way he talked to the guest should think before speaking and it made me feel bad like he lied about what we talked about with the staff
Disliked: The conversation took place on the morning of the august 21st. I requested to stay until around 3-4pm and the stuff told me that there would be an additional charge for staying until then and he checked the rate for me and the stuff told me $100. I said okay and I told him I wasn't feeling well and wanted to stay and I had a night flight. It's all good, but they make me feel very upset with the words of the managers who come to say that what I'm talking to the staff is not true, it means that I lie to them and I'm a person who doesn't like lies. Which was a very bad and very sad experience. I value lies and the truth I don't like this type of person at all, why do I still have to say things that are not true? I made a reservation when I was in New York, I thought I liked this place. Then everything was fine, so I came back to rest after I went on a trip with my daughter. But the second stay made me feel terrible at the words of the manager that day and the staff. I swear I wouldn't recommend it and won't go back and step on it again with a lot of bad experiences with one of the men's words.and bad experiences .

Liked: The room is clean; breakfast is Ok.
Disliked: The hotel overcharged me for the rooms I reserved from Bookings. My bill is >$100 than the original number from the confirmation email. What is even worse is that no one responded to my email.

Liked: nice visually
Disliked: the carpet just smelled like urine the entire time which later in the night gets worse and idk how. Yeah just urine smell. Also fees I didn’t know about which was not stated on the bookings site.
