Liked: Nice property. Clean and confotable! No problem with the facility but. Booking. Com never cancelled the reservation as they said they would! So we had a o change our plans again to use the facility!

Liked: It’s so noisy when people walk on top floors. Whole night. it troubled us a lot and if we ask staff they want us to keep those ear plugs and sleep.

Liked: Patrick & the team were so helpful. They went above & beyond to pick us up with the airport shuttle service, which we greatly appreciated.
Disliked: I'm a runner & was unable to do my usual workout in the gym as none of the treadmills were working.

This hotel offers everything you...

Liked: The location is idea for us because it is situated near most of our favourite stores and restaurants. It is also close to I90 which is the main hwy we use to get downtown to the KeyBank arena to watch the Sabers. The hotel environment is welcoming, and very hospitable. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We received a complimentary breakfast which offered many options. The lobby offers a variety of entertainment options, along with a gym and a generous sized pool. It is also pet friendly, a service we did not use, but appreciated. Check-in and out was a breeze. The clerk was very friendly and even signed us up for a rewards program that we will be sure to use for further travel.
Disliked: There is nothing we did not enjoy.
