November shopping getaway

Liked: Staff were all friendly, cleaning of our room was great. The amenities in the room were great full size fridge/microwave/dishes
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable (alot!) Pillows were also horrible, ended up getting harder ones from a staff member. The floors were crap, could hear people walking , even the hall floors creaked and were quite loud. Was hard to walk even in the room without feeling like the under floor customers would complain

Great place to stay with kids, and close to Shopping.

Liked: Great Lobby with lots of activities and seating.Clean pool and and gym.
Disliked: 2 Treadmills werent working in the fitness centre
